Drive Ride Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 18, 2026

Drive Ride is a ride tracking and route memory app. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Information stored on your device

When you record a ride, Drive Ride uses location data to draw and save your route. Ride points, route details, pins, notes and attached photos or videos are stored locally on your iPhone in the current version. We do not operate a user account or a Drive Ride cloud database.

Location

Location access is used to record an active ride, including background location when you grant the “Always” permission. Location is not collected when you are not recording a ride. You can revoke access in iOS Settings.

Photos, camera and media

Camera and photo library access is used only when you choose to add a photo or video to a route pin or save generated media. Drive Ride does not upload your personal media to its own server.

Advertising

Drive Ride uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Google may process information such as device, app and ad interaction data required to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Drive Ride requests non-personalized ads and does not sell your route or media data.

For more information, see Google’s partner policies .

Sharing

When you choose to share a route image, video or GPX file, iOS sends the selected content to the app or service you choose. That service’s privacy policy then applies.

Children

Drive Ride is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app changes. For questions or privacy requests, please use the Drive Ride support page .
