1. About this policy

This policy covers My Little Wardrobe, the iOS and Android dress-up game developed by Gökmen Keser, and this privacy page. For privacy or support enquiries, contact gokmenkeser@hotmail.com.

2. Information saved on your device

The game saves character and clothing selections, favorites, progress, reward dates, language, sound and music preferences, outfit album images, and a locally cached Premium entitlement in the app's local storage.

Outfit album images are generated from the game scene. They do not come from your camera or personal photo library. These gameplay files are not uploaded to a server operated by the developer. Device or operating-system backups may include local game data depending on your device and backup settings.

3. Purchases and store services

Premium is an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase. Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment through Unity In-App Purchasing. There are no subscriptions or recurring payments.

The app processes product identifiers, store receipts or transaction information, and entitlement status when necessary to display products, complete purchases, permanently unlock Premium content, and restore previous purchases. The app may contact the relevant store when it starts or resumes, not only when the Buy button is pressed.

The developer does not receive or store full payment-card details. Store account, payment, fraud-prevention, purchase-record and related processing is governed by Apple, Google and their applicable policies.

4. Technical diagnostics and performance data

Unity In-App Purchasing may process limited app diagnostics and app performance information to provide and maintain purchasing functionality. According to Unity's documentation for the version used by the game, this technical information is processed transiently, is required for app functionality, and is not used by the developer for advertising, profiling or behavioral analytics.

The game does not include a separate gameplay analytics service. We do not use this technical information to identify children, create user profiles, personalize advertising or track users across apps or websites.

5. Accounts, advertising and permissions

The game does not require a developer-operated user account and does not include advertising, chat, public outfit uploads or online leaderboards.

The game does not request access to your contacts, precise location, microphone or camera. Platform and store services may process technical or transaction information independently under their own privacy policies.

6. Children and parents

My Little Wardrobe is designed for children and families. We do not ask children to enter their name, email address, phone number or other personal details in the game.

A parental gate is presented before access to purchasing features. The parental gate is not an age-verification service and is not a substitute for parental consent where consent is legally required.

Support enquiries should be sent by a parent or guardian. Please do not send a child's personal details or real photographs. If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

7. Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name shown by your email account, and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use this information only to respond, diagnose problems, and handle purchase, support or privacy enquiries.

Email is handled through our Microsoft-hosted mailbox. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary personal information. If purchase proof is needed, please redact unrelated personal and payment details.

8. Sharing, security and international processing

We do not sell personal information, use support messages for targeted advertising, or share local gameplay data with advertising companies.

Information may be processed by app-store, purchasing, email and website-hosting providers when necessary to provide their services, or disclosed when legally required. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and safeguards.

We use reasonable access controls and security precautions, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Retention, deletion and your choices

Local game data remains on your device until it is removed by you or your device. On Android, you can clear the app's storage. On iOS, deleting the app normally removes local app data, while offloading the app may retain it. Device backups may retain or restore data separately.

Removing local data does not erase an app-store purchase record or cancel Premium ownership. Store purchase records are controlled by Apple or Google.

Transient technical diagnostic and performance data is not maintained by the developer as a user account or persistent user profile.

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the enquiry and meet legitimate security, accounting or legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information that we hold. We cannot remotely access or delete local game files stored only on your device or records controlled by your app-store account.

10. Offline use

Core dress-up features can be used offline after the game and its content have been installed. An internet connection is required to retrieve store information, make a purchase, verify entitlement or restore a previous purchase.

11. This website

This privacy page does not include advertising or analytics scripts and does not set cookies or use browser local storage. The language buttons change only the visible text on this page and do not save your selection.

The hosting provider may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website. External links and email services have their own privacy practices.

We may update this policy when the game, its purchasing system or its service providers change. We will update the date at the top of this page and communicate material changes where required. This policy does not replace rights provided by applicable law.

2. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler

Oyun; karakter ve kıyafet seçimlerini, favorileri, ilerlemeyi, ödül tarihlerini, dil tercihini, ses ve müzik ayarlarını, kombin albümü görsellerini ve yerel olarak önbelleğe alınmış Premium hakkını uygulamanın cihazdaki yerel depolama alanında saklar.

Kombin albümü görselleri oyun sahnesinden oluşturulur. Kamera veya kişisel fotoğraf arşivinizden alınmaz. Bu oyun dosyaları geliştirici tarafından işletilen bir sunucuya yüklenmez. Cihaz ve işletim sistemi ayarlarınıza bağlı olarak cihaz yedekleri yerel oyun verilerini içerebilir.

3. Satın almalar ve mağaza hizmetleri

Premium, isteğe bağlı ve tek seferlik tüketilemeyen bir uygulama içi satın almadır. Ödeme, Unity In-App Purchasing aracılığıyla Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir. Abonelik veya tekrarlanan ödeme bulunmaz.

Geliştirici, ödeme kartınızın tam bilgilerini almaz veya saklamaz. Mağaza hesabı, ödeme, sahtekârlığı önleme, satın alma kaydı ve ilgili işlemler Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikaları kapsamında gerçekleştirilir.

4. Teknik tanılama ve performans verileri

Unity In-App Purchasing, satın alma işlevlerini sağlamak ve sürdürmek amacıyla sınırlı uygulama tanılama ve performans bilgilerini işleyebilir. 6. Çocuklar ve ebeveynler

My Little Wardrobe çocuklar ve aileler için tasarlanmıştır. Oyunda çocuklardan ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası veya başka kişisel bilgiler girmeleri istenmez.

Satın alma özelliklerine erişilmeden önce bir ebeveyn kapısı gösterilir. Ebeveyn kapısı bir yaş doğrulama hizmeti değildir ve yasal olarak gerekli olduğu durumlarda ebeveyn izninin yerine geçmez.

Kısa süreli teknik tanılama ve performans verileri geliştirici tarafından kullanıcı hesabı veya kalıcı kullanıcı profili olarak saklanmaz.

Destek yazışmalarını yalnızca talebi çözmek ve meşru güvenlik, muhasebe veya yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için makul ölçüde gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklarız. Elimizde bulunan kişisel bilgilere erişim, düzeltme veya silme talebinde bulunmak için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
